Cancellations and Returns Policy

1. You can return an item within 14 days after the purchase date.
2. Packaging should not be opened and must be at the state it was delivered. The packaging information should be the same as the order (Serial Number, LOT number, BARCODE etc).
3. The client must pay for the return fees.
4. In case of a damaged product, the client can request a refund or change assuming the product was checked upon delivery by the courier. In that case all return fees are paid by Meteora Icons.
